1. Introduction

Welcome to Aryia. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchases made through aryia.com.au.
By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to provide transparency and protect your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Aryia is committed to offering premium leather products, carefully inspected for quality, and delivered with a luxury shopping experience.

3. Products & Materials

  • All Aryia products are made from genuine leather, with selected designs crafted from premium full-grain genuine leather (clearly specified on product pages).
  • Leather is a natural material. Variations in colour, grain, markings, or texture are part of its unique character and are not considered defects.
  • Customers are responsible for care and maintenance of their leather products. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight, oils, or chemicals, which may damage the material.
  • Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
  • Aryia reserves the right to update prices, product descriptions, or availability at any time. Changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders will be reviewed once payment has been processed. Stock availability is confirmed, and a final quality inspection is carried out before order confirmation.
  • Aryia reserves the right to decline an order if inspection identifies that a product is defective or unsuitable for shipping. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • Orders are confirmed only once inspection has passed and full payment has been received.
  • Payments are processed via Shopify Payments using secure encryption. Aryia does not store customer payment details.
  • Currency Disclaimer: All prices are listed in AUD. International customers may be subject to conversion fees from their bank or payment provider.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery times:

    Australia: 2–7 business days
    International: 7–14 business days
    (subject to customs and local conditions)

  • Carriers: Aryia ships using Australia Post and Sendle.
  • Customers will receive tracking details once their order has shipped.
  • While Aryia uses reliable carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs clearance, courier delays, or public holidays).
  • International Duties & Taxes: For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Risk in the goods passes to the customer once delivery has been completed to the address provided at checkout.

6. Hassle-Free Shopping Policy (Returns &
Refunds)

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the
Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  • Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by a failure.
  • A repair or replacement for goods that are not of acceptable quality, but where the issue is not considered major.

A “major failure” occurs if:

  • The product has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it had you known.
  • It is unsafe.
  • It is significantly different from the sample or description.
  • It does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and cannot easily be fixed.

Aryia’s Additional Policy (Change of Mind)

In addition to your legal rights, Aryia offers a 30-day change of mind policy, starting from the day the product is delivered to you:

  • Products must be returned unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including dust bags and boxes).
  • Aryia reserves the right to charge a 7.5% restocking fee to cover processing and inspection costs.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Process & Timeframes

  • To initiate a return, contact us at Contact@Aryia.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  • Aryia will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.

7. Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Aryia covers one free exchange per order (including shipping).
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • For faster service, customers may place a new order and request a refund for the original purchase separately.

8. Limited Warranty (12 Months)

Aryia provides a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.

  • Covered: stitching, zippers, buckles, and structural issues arising from faulty craftsmanship or materials.
  • Not Covered: normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, or damage from exposure to water, chemicals, or sunlight.
  • Remedy: defective items under warranty will be replaced or refunded. Repairs are not offered under this warranty.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aryia is not liable for:
    Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Losses arising from unauthorised use, misuse, neglect, or modification of products.
  • Aryia’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods, except where otherwise required by law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation or mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
  • Any unresolved disputes will be heard in the courts of Western Australia.

11. Aryia – Standard Affiliate Program

Summary

Aryia offers a Standard Affiliate Program to reward partners who promote our products. Affiliates earn commissions for every successful referral sale made through their affiliate link or coupon code.

Commission Structure

  • Standard Rate: 10.00% commission
  • Eligible Sales: Calculated on the product subtotal
  • Exclusions: Shipping fees, shipping taxes, and tips
  • Inclusions: Product taxes (GST/VAT where applicable)

Example:
If a customer purchases a product valued at AUD $300 (including GST), and shipping is AUD $15, the affiliate commission will be
10% of $300 = AUD $30.

Referral Tracking

  • Sales are tracked via unique affiliate links or coupon codes.
  • Valid referrals occur when a customer purchases through an affiliate’s link or applies their coupon code at checkout.
  • Tracking is managed through UpPromote Affiliate Software.

Payments

  • Commissions are payable once referral sales are confirmed and the return period has expired.
  • Payments are made through the payment method registered in the affiliate dashboard.
  • Minimum payout thresholds and payout cycles (e.g., monthly) are managed by Aryia’s affiliate platform.
