1. OVERVIEW & ACCEPTANCE
This website is operated by Aryia Pty Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ARYIA. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our website.

3. PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
- Leather Quality: All ARYIA products are crafted from genuine leather, with selected premium designs utilizing full-grain leather as specified on individual product pages.
- Natural Variations: Leather is a natural material. Variations in color, grain, markings, or texture are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.
- Care & Maintenance: Customers are responsible for the proper care of their leather goods. Damage resulting from prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight, oils, or harsh chemicals is not covered under warranty.
4. ORDERS, PAYMENTS & QUALITY INSPECTION
- Final Quality Inspection: ARYIA operates with engineering-led precision. Every order undergoes a final quality inspection before dispatch. We reserve the right to decline an order if a product is identified as defective or unsuitable for shipping during this phase.
- Payments: Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an item has been handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- Carriers: We utilize Australia Post and Sendle. Tracking details are provided upon shipment.
- International Orders: Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. ARYIA is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance or courier service interruptions.
6. HASSLE-FREE SHOPPING (RETURNS & REFUNDS)
- Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- Change of Mind Policy: In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day change of mind policy.Products must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging (including dust bags).A 7.5% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns to cover processing and administrative costs.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. EXCHANGES & LIMITED WARRANTY
- Exchanges: We allow one free exchange per order within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in original condition.
- 3-Month Limited Warranty: We provide a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching, zippers, buckles). This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
8. BRAND PROTECTION & AFFILIATE CONDUCT (SEM POLICY)
To protect ARYIA’s digital integrity and ensure fair competition in search engine auctions (Google Ads/Bing Ads), all users and affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
- Brand Bidding: Bidding on keywords including “ARYIA”, variations, or misspellings in any PPC or search engine marketing campaign.
- Direct Linking: Using search ads that bypass an affiliate’s landing page to link directly to the ARYIA store.
- Misrepresentation: Using the word “Official” or implying a corporate partnership without express written consent.
- Violation: Breach of this section results in immediate termination of the affiliate relationship and forfeiture of any accrued commissions.
9. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools (e.g., UpPromote, Klaviyo, Judge.me). We provide these "as is" and "as available" without warranties. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
10. USER COMMENTS & SUBMISSIONS
By submitting reviews or comments (via Judge.me or other channels), you grant ARYIA a non-exclusive license to edit, copy, and distribute that content for marketing purposes. We are under no obligation to pay compensation for these submissions.
11. PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
- To infringe upon our intellectual property rights.
- To compete directly with ARYIA’s own digital marketing efforts via search engine auctions.
- To submit false or misleading information or transmit malicious code.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
- Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARYIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aryia Pty Ltd from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.
13. SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed, but shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ARYIA.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Western Australia.
