1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery times:

    Australia: 2–7 business days

  • Carriers: Aryia ships using Australia Post and Sendle.
  • Customers will receive tracking details once their order has shipped.
  • While Aryia uses reliable carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs clearance, courier delays, or public holidays).
  • Risk in the goods passes to the customer once delivery has been completed to the address provided at checkout.

2. Hassle-Free Shopping Policy (Returns &
Refunds)

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the
Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  • Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by a failure.
  • A repair or replacement for goods that are not of acceptable quality, but where the issue is not considered major.

A “major failure” occurs if:

  • The product has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it had you known.
  • It is unsafe.
  • It is significantly different from the sample or description.
  • It does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and cannot easily be fixed.

Aryia’s Additional Policy (Change of Mind)

In addition to your legal rights, Aryia offers a 30-day change of mind policy, starting from the day the product is delivered to you:

  • Products must be returned unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including dust bags and boxes).
  • Aryia reserves the right to charge a 7% restocking fee to cover processing and inspection costs.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Process & Timeframes

  • To initiate a return, contact us at contact@aryia.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  • Aryia will guide you through the return process and provide the return label and address.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.

3. Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Aryia covers one free exchange per order (including shipping).
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • For faster service, customers may place a new order and request a refund for the original purchase separately.
