Every Aryia piece is prepared with care to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.

  • Dispatch: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Delivery Window: Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days across Australia.

  • Carrier: All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post, complete with end-to-end tracking sent directly to your email upon fulfillment.

  • Complimentary Shipping: Standard domestic shipping is complimentary on all orders.

Our 30-Day Guarantee & Change of Mind

We want you to experience our craftsmanship with complete peace of mind. If an item is not quite right, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item Condition: Returned items must remain unworn, unused, undamaged, and complete with all original presentation packaging, including dust bags and product boxes.

  • Restocking & Processing: A 7% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns to cover individual handling, inspection, and repackaging.

  • Return Postage: Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Complimentary Exchanges

Finding the right piece should be effortless.

  • You may exchange your item within 30 days of delivery under the same condition standards.

  • Aryia covers one complimentary exchange per order, including return postage.

  • Should your preferred replacement piece be unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Australian Consumer Law (Faulty or Damaged Items)

Our leather goods are built for longevity and are fully protected under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your piece arrives defective, damaged in transit, or does not meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. Faulty and misdescribed items are exempt from restocking fees and return shipping charges.

Return Process & Refunds

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our team at contact@aryia.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  2. Dispatch Your Item: We will provide you with the return authorization details and instructions.

  3. Inspection & Refund: Once received, our workshop team inspects the piece within 2 business days. Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
