Full-grain leather
The purest cut of the hide — the top layer, kept whole. Grain, marks, character: untouched. Like bullion, its value sits in what hasn't been done to it. Too honest to be heavily worked, too distinctive to disguise. Reserved for our high-end pieces — the wallets, briefcases, and weekenders where the material is the design. The masterpiece tier of the house.

The surface gently refined, the way gold is alloyed for fine jewellery — a small concession to workability that opens up real creative range. Cleaner lines. Sharper edges. Tighter construction. Forms that full-grain wouldn't permit. This is where the design language stretches.
